Welcome to Pitch your Science, a company providing scientific communication services and products for biotech and academia.
I help scientists and start-ups get their message across.
I translate science and technology into the right words for each audience – academic, business, finance, the person on the street.
About myself:
My name is Robert Goldstein, I am a scientist, researcher, entrepreneur, writer, editor and presenter living in Northern Israel.
Forever a scientist, at Cambridge University, UK (B.A. Natural Sciences, 1989-1992), and in Israel (M.Sc. and Ph.D., Hebrew University, 1995-2005) I followed my passion – dissecting mechanisms of embryonic development.
Looking for cures, I joined a cancer therapy research academic collaboration (Postdoctoral studies at Hebrew University, 2006-2010) with Novartis (NIBR, USA) for anti-cancer drug discovery.
Venturing into the world of biotech in 2010, I was director of research in two start-ups for ten years. Since 2020 I have been a freelance scientific writer and editor.
I am coauthor of 8 publications (including Nature, Cancer Cell) and 2 patents (chick egg process automation and methods for immunotherapy testing).

2010-2020 Director of R&D at Innovo Mimetics, Jerusalem.
Transforming an academic level research project into a commercial platform: Innovo’s chicken egg tumor xenograft model – a robust, reproducible and rapid assay for anti-cancer therapy pre-clinical efficacy data.
I was responsible for R&D planning, data analyses, identifying IPR and writing patent drafts, grant writing, public oral presentations, written publications and reports for investors, customers, grant agencies, staff recruitment, business development and marketing, academic and commercial collaborations.
2011-2015 Director of Biology, Phycosource, France
